Participation in the SALT Lending BTC 2025 Contest (the “Contest”) constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of SALT Lending LLC (“SALT”), which are final and binding on all Contest participants. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all applicable obligations.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of SALT, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Contest begins on May 27th, 2025 at 12:01 am ET and ends on June 26th, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET. Form entries submitted before or after the “Entry Period” will not be eligible for the contest.

SALT allows up to THREE Ways to enter to increase your chances:
- Complete the online entry form directly available at https://saltlending.com/btc-2025/
- Complete the online entry form by scanning the QR-code at the conference booth
- Complete the online entry form by scanning the QR-code from the Why SALT? conference flyer available at the booth
NOTE: In order to get credit for multiple entries, you will need to use the same email address. Only one entry per above 3 methods allowed per email address for a maximum of three total entries per person.

Prizes: The Contest will award three prizes as follows:
- 1st Place: $500 BTC
- 2nd Place: $250 BTC
- 3rd Place: $100 BTC
Winners must already have or create a new SALT account, and the prize will be transferred to their SALT Wallet Address in their SALT account. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at SALT’s sole discretion. SALT reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. You understand that the market price of cryptocurrency fluctuates, including, but not limited to, between the time Prizes are awarded and the time of deposit into winners’ SALT accounts, and such deposit may be valued at an amount that differs from the advertised Prize award. Withdrawal of prizes from your SALT Wallet may be restricted by terms of loan or otherwise not immediately available.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be notified via email 3-5 days following the selection. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or the prize is undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
Taxes: Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. SALT will report prize winnings to the IRS to the extent required by law.
General Conditions: SALT reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by SALT in its sole discretion. SALT, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the Contest is subject to the Promo Code Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SALT, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize; or (g) related to the cancellation of the Contest for any reason or SALT’s determination to deny a Prize to any entrant for any reason.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration in Denver, Colorado by a single arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association selected by SALT. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of SALT in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Entrants waive any rights to dispute the selection of arbitration, venue and the governing law set forth herein.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to SALT’s privacy policy.
