By participating in the 50% Off Origination Fee Promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:
- Eligibility
This promotion is open to new SALT users only who successfully complete a new crypto-backed loan with SALT.
Users must meet all KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and other loan requirements.
Promotion is only available to residents of eligible jurisdictions.
All loans are subject to standard underwriting processes, terms and conditions, and approvals by SALT. Loans are subject to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement and applicable documentation. - 50% Off Origination Fee
The Origination fee will be waived by 50% for the loan application that is approved and funded.
The Promotion Code must be entered by the applicant during the loan application process on the Loan Calculator page in order for the loan to be eligible for the 50% Off Origination Fee benefit.
SALT reserves the right to verify that all terms of the loan are fulfilled before waiving 50% of the Origination fee. - Use of SALT Services

SALT reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion or offer at any time, without notice, including, but not limited to, changes to terms and conditions or loan eligibility criteria.

The promotional period for the 50% Off Origination Fee offer begins at the time of registration and continues until April 30th, 2025. SALT reserves the right to end or extend the promotional period at any time.
